Card Nerf Limited Decarding

Currently the server is undergoing trying to find a balance with unique cards and skill cards, I don't really see this being the last time there will be nerfs and rebalances to a card.
One change could potentially ruin or invalidate a piece of gear, which punishes a player from days, (normal cards) to months/years (mini/mvp cards, really good options) of their time. Which personally I don't think they should need to worry about, as normal servers would have static, balanced, non-changing card effects from the getgo.

My suggestion would be that any reworked card be allowed to be decarded from gear for a limited time afterwards, probably ranging around 2-4 weeks after the change in the patch notes. Whether a GM decard, or an npc have the capability to do so for those specific cards.
